The beef in this hamper is from a magnificent 32-month-old purebred belted galloway steer born at Walden Park and grown slowly with care for maximum flavour: grass fed and grass finished on our farm at Spring Hill. After processing, the beef has been dry aged for 21 days.
(We are working hard to find a sustainable processing option for our livestock. Until we do, we anticipate we will only be processing one or two times for the remainder of 2025 rather than the monthly schedule you may be accustomed to.)
The 10kg hamper includes a range of vacuum-packed cuts.
Indicative contents:
selection of ribeye or eye fillet, rump, porterhouse, t-bone or scotch fillet
2kg premium beef mince
12 sausages
4-5 slow-cook or roast cuts such as silverside, osso buco, ribs, chuck, brisket or diced beef
stirfry strips or schnitzels
This hamper will be available for pick up or delivery from approx Thursday June 12.
For orders of $100 or more we deliver throughout the Macedon Ranges and to metro Melbourne for a $25 delivery fee per order (opt in or out of delivery choosing from the menu at checkout). For other delivery locations please email donna.coutts@me.com before ordering so we can work out how best to get your beef to you.
