belted galloway beef hamper 5kg
The beef in this hamper is from a magnificent 38-month-old purebred belted galloway heifer born at Walden Park and grown slowly with care for maximum flavour: grass fed and grass finished on our farm at Spring Hill. After processing, the beef has been dry aged for 21 days.
This hamper will be available for pick up or delivery from Saturday December 13.
The 5kg hamper contains a range of vacuum-packed cuts.
Indicative contents:
selection of ribeye or eye fillet, rump, porterhouse, t-bone or scotch fillet
1kg premium beef mince
6 sausages
2-3 slow-cook or roast cuts such as topside, brisket, osso buco, ribs, chuck or diced beef
stirfry strips or schnitzels
We deliver throughout the Macedon Ranges and to metro Melbourne for a $30 delivery fee per order (opt in or out of delivery choosing from the menu at checkout). For other delivery locations please email donna.coutts@me.com before ordering so we can work out how best to get your beef to you.
We will be in touch a couple of days before your order is ready to agree a pick up or delivery day and time.
We continue working on a local processing option for our livestock. Until we do, we anticipate we will process approximately four times a year rather than the monthly schedule to which you may be accustomed. You may notice we have increased our prices slightly – this helps cover our increased transport costs to processing.
If you (or someone you know) would really like to feed your family our beef but can’t stretch the budget to pay all in one go, please get in touch and we can work something out, no questions asked.
