Premium belted galloway pure beef mince.
Grass fed, grass finished.
(no grain, no feedlots, no antibiotics, no hormones, no preservatives)
Vacuum packed in 500g portions.
The beef in this hamper is from a magnificent 42-month-old purebred belted galloway steer born at Walden Park and grown slowly with care for maximum flavour: grass fed and grass finished on our farm at Spring Hill. After processing, the beef has been dry aged for 21 days.
This hamper will be available for farm gate pick up from Saturday May 16.
We continue working on securing a local processing option for our livestock. Until we do, we anticipate we will process approximately four times a year rather than the monthly schedule to which you may be accustomed. You may notice we have increased our prices slightly – this helps cover our increased transport costs to processing.
Hampers are available for farm gate collection only. If you have questions or concerns about being able to collect your beef, please email donna.coutts@me.com before ordering and we will do our best to help you.
We will be in touch when your order comes through to agree a pick up day and time.
If you (or someone you know) would really like to feed your family our beef but can’t stretch the budget to pay all in one go, please contact Donna and we can work something out, no questions asked.
